By using this site, you signify your agreement to the terms and conditions of this Website and it's Policies.

The use of website measurement software assists maine-shop.com in analyzing the user experience on our websites and improving the structure and ease of use of this website. It is used to collect such information as the number of unique visitors, how long visitors spend on the website, search engine activity and common entry and exit points into and from the websites. Viewers cannot be identified personally from this information and no personal information is stored about the unique viewer.

Self Service and Acceptable Use:
The membership directory is a self-service module that its listings is administered by the Business Member or non-profit organization. Therefore that organization is responsible for that content posting. Content being, images, photos as well as text.

The Business Member receives a user name and password upon payment of their membership dues. If that user name and password is compromised or lost, please contact Sephone Internet Solutions, we will verify your identity and give you a new one.

Profanity, obscenity, racist or liabelous statements of any kind are not acceptable in any way. No inappropriate postings of photographs or images are tolerated and will be immediately removed upon notification of their posting by the web site administrator. Repeated offenses will result in removal of business listing and surrender of dues or fees.

Promotional Membership Periods:
There is a promotional period in effect of each listing being shown on the website for a period of 30 days. Upon the Businesses inquiry and form submittal the listing will be posted on the site by the website administrator. A notice via email will be sent out to the listing business reminding them of the trial period. If the business chooses to no longer be listed, after the trial period expires, the listing will be removed.

When the Business chooses to extend the listing period and sign up for membership, that Business will be given its own user name and password to access the administrative area of the site and upload any additional information that the Business Membership level that is paid for.
